I got a call from Cynthia Semir at California Cash Advances offering me a loan for $1500, she transferred me to Henry Colman. He asked me if I lived alone. He said because my credit score is low I would have to pay $150 for insurance to show that I will pay it back. He wanted my checking account number or Western Union. They both had Somalian accents. Their numbers are: 530-426-5090 and 530-213-3377.

it started with a call from a guy saying his name was allex cooper and his company has a loan offer for $5000. @ 9.45% but because of my bad credit in order to be approved i would need to buy payment protection ins for $200. then once that was approved he would wire the loan plus the refundable ins fee into my acct within 15 mins. He had me get a prepaid card and send him a txt picture of the back scratched off saying that i couldnt use the same account as the one they would be wiring the loan to. I paid and when he called back he said that the state tax board put a hold on the loan as he was wiring it to me for a $ 500.00 tax because it was comming from an out of state commercial acct. he said not to worry that his company would put the 500.00 on top of the loan sent to my account so it wouldnt cost me anything really and i would be thanking him once i saw the money. so being desperate after filling out so many loan apps online the previous days and getting denied i bought more ebay gift cards and sent him pics of the scratched codes. He said he would contact the tax place and pay them and in 15 mins he would wire the money. when he called back he said they placed a hold on it again and told me that the money was applied by them to another person with the same name because i didn't put my middle initial on the loan request and that its my fault and he tried to get them to refund the money but said they don't give money back. at this point i was telling him he was scamming me and to give my money back and forget the whole thing and he said no that he cant refund any money unless i have recieved a loan. he promissed it was not a problem and to trust him he knew what he was doing and that his company would pay some and also add more money to the wire transfer to cover all of what i had paid extra once they released the hold with the proper name. he had me stuck so i desperately sent him another $400.00. He said that the hold was released and he was attempting the wire transfer of the loan of $5000.00 plus an extra $1100.00 for what i paid. He then said the wire was not going through and that it was because i havnt entered a required code to unlock / recieve commercial money from out of state and that i could get a private business to do that for $700.00 and takes days or i could let his company do it for me within 30 minutes for $375.00 . I have recieved plenty of transfers before without a problem so i called my bank on another line to ask if it was real and they said no about all of it and that whoever i was dealing with was not legit. I told alex cooper he was a ripoff and to give my money back and he keeps insisting that i will be thanking him after i send him the $375.00 for the last step to get all the money. I told him no several times and that he's crazzy and wasnt listening to me because he kept interupting me saying ok that he would give me time to get it like a few days if thats what i needed and hung up. I didnt think i would hear from him again but he has called back 3 times days latter to see if i have the money to pay so i can get all the loan and my money i paid out.

They tell you you are approved for a loan ask you for a fee in the form of Google play cards first it's $250 then it's $475 then it's another $475 and they never send you the loan they just keep trying to take your money do not engage in conversation with these people. BEWARE
