California Business Bureau, Inc contacted me several months after my hospital's billing department notified me that an error had occurred and that there were no outstanding amounts on my account. I then received a letter in the mail from California Business Bureau, Inc stating that my debt had been sent to them for collections. This was months after my account was deemed clear by the hospital.
