I came across a Facebook add about a product I was interested in. I clicked on the link as instructed and w/o me knowing, I was forwarded to caliculation.com, which is where the order was officially placed. After contacting the person on the add, I realized the scammer (Caliculation) stole the video from that person and placed it as their own, which lured me to go to their scam website that "apparently" offers legit products for outrageous discounts. I only learned about this scam tactic because the product took 4 weeks to arrive and when I got suspicious, I noticed that other customers had done the same thing and that's when I realized the video posted regarding being careful not to click on questionable links. After receiving the product, I inspect it and quickly realized I was scammed. The facial cream I ordered looked nothing like the commercial, the labeling was poorly done and no instructions were listed. I emailed [email protected] only to be asked to provide pictures and reasons for my dissatisfaction, which I did. Instead of them allowing me to return their fake product, they offered me a $10 coupon for future purchases. Please stop this company, scammer from reaching clients like me.
