He's changed his name to clinton phoenix, +1 989-989-3233. Came in through Loopnet. Didn't get very far, but far enough to know the check wasn't good.

I have also been contacted by a Steve Pirez. ( [email protected] )

He did not appear to know the asking price though it was clearly stated in the ad. He asked me for that figure so he could make an offer. He told him and he accepted without a counter offer and also asked for a purchase agreement. I began searching his name and found it associated with numerous other frauds and scams. Finding this site is the results of my searching.

I also was recently contacted via email from a Steve Pirez. He asked for information on my real estate listing and accepted the listing price, asking me to send him a purchase agreement through Docusign. He claims to be an investor and was in Canada closing another property.

This person, by the name of Steve Pirez contacted me thru Loopnet, a prominent commercial real estate site. He asked me for more information on a property which I provided and then when I tried to call him I always get a voice mailbox and when I ask him to call me, he doesn't. When I ask him via email for pertinent info, he diverts and questions me on things that are not pertinent. It is clear to me that he is not interested in the listing he inquired about and is fishing for information. This is the initial contact via loopnet:
