Posing as my mortgage company stating that my loan mod was going to be cancelled if I didn’t go to Walmart and get a money gram to make my past due payment or else they would email me foreclosure paperwork tomorrow. Very insistent and they were foreign. When I called my mortgage company they informed me that yes I am behind one month but they did not make the call to me and that I was not in any kind of foreclosure proceeding. They also told me that they do not use money gram for payments, only debit, check or western union and that they do not email foreclosure paperwork. When this person called me the number showed up as caliber phone number but it wasn’t the mortgage company. The guy who called me said he was from caliber foreclosure and home modification department and his name was Dominic Perez. Phb
