In response to pop-up ad (online) business known as 'Cali Naturals' (aka NextGentesto) offered 'free trial sample' of their product, w/ only known obligation to pay for shipping charge IE: No additional stipulations and/or conditions of any subscription services.etc. expressed or addressed in advertisement...Debit Card was used to pay for sample's shipping and later used for an unauthorized charge of $89.XX, Note: Upon posting at bank, vendor was immediately notified of cancellation request, by me, of any existing subscription service and cancellation was granted, however Merchant has kept $89.XX last stating that FREE SAMPLE is in fact "not free but instead is the price of product charged & delivered"...Upon learning of this retraction reversal of initial agreement made by merchant , I have returned product for money back, charged w/o authorization and have opened 'Merchant Fraud Dispute Case' w/ Credit Card Banking Institution...Final Note: Do Not Trust or Do Business W/ company known as "CALI NATURALS...You will likely have bad experience and/or lose money from being scammed!
