Clicked on offer for a book that was free with shipping and handling which was $9.95. Did not receive book and received an email saying transaction did not go through. Transaction did go through on 2/2/23 for $9.95. Contacted by customer service rep. stating that we owed over $300 for a subscription and a product that was not received or ordered. Did not pay and continued to be harassed. Agreed to pay fee of $39.95 in order to close all accounts and was charge went to coolestgadgetsforevery . After paying Customer Service rep, David Lopez stated 2 more orders for our subscription were scheduled but had been canceled. We told them we would not be paying.
