He contacted me and stole my money claiming he could save my home. Charged me $5000 and disappeared into thin air. Tried to contact him several times before I realized he was just a scam artist.

Pat will call a home Owners when there are about too lose there home to foreclosure are they have lost there homes he then tells them he can file a federal lawsuit in federal court we're you can get up to one and one half the value of your property if you lost your home But if your still in your home you can keep it with no more payments or settle for one and one half the value of the property. He say it only take 90 day for all this to take place and also sent me court papers he said he filed for other clients
