I ordered product and paid $100 through Zelle. I was told my package has shipped and then received a message that it was being held at customs and I needed to pay 200 additional dollars for “ insurance” in order to get the package sent out to me. When I began to ask questions, they practically started begging to please send the money and promising that I would get my package, but no explanation as to why this was necessary. They even tried to tell me that if I paid the money I would be refunded when the package was delivered, saying that theyre delivery man would refund me in cash. When I refused and accused him of being a scammer, they cut all communication.
