My fiancé messaged Caitlin German Shepherd about their puppy “Max.” They responded stating that Max was still available and had my fiancé describe himself and the type of household we had as well as any other dogs we had. They stated they would ship us the puppy if we seemed like the right fit and after we signed papers and sent the money Walmart2Walmart. Well, we sent the money ($650) for the puppy to be shipped to us 2 Thursday’s ago and they never sent the “dog.” They also ignored every email, text or call we sent asking about where the dog was. Some guy by the name of Chris finally answered the phone and was short with us and said he would send us an email about how to get our money back. Well, he never sent the email and never sent the money...it’s going on 2 weeks now and “Max” is still listed as available on their website. I also noticed this evening that they now have a sign in their site that says “100% Money Back Guarantee.”
