3 investors participated $50,000 each to open a new Dim Sum restaurant for a total investment of $150.000. The deal never came to fruition and the Caie Food ower returned $100,000 back to the investors in 2020 but still has $50,000 owed to the investors. She has had the $50,000 since 2020 and will not release any money back to the investors. Alan George, representing Caie Foods, has signed a promissory note with the investment in March of 2020,stated they would get 4% ARP plus amount due of $50,000. Nothing has been done since June 2020 to date. Caie Penney George, who is Alan Geoge's wife, along with the company accountant, Mr Ma, stated that the investors would get their money when Caie Foods' PPP2 loan was approved. As of this date, 11/22/2021, there has been no communication from anyone at Caie Foods.
