An item that was purchased online arrived defective. Multiple attempts were made to request a refund. After 3 attempts I was told that I need to pay to ship the product back and need to purchase insurance to send it back. If the product was received in perfect condition I could be refunded “according to the degree of damage”. The web page states there is a money guarantee within 30 days.
