My order is: FBN23K01T5606-M7M7L0, I ordered a body-worn camera from a Chinese company called Cafago. When the company sent it home, it had a bunch of errors, from the touch screen to the wifi connection. I contacted the company during the day and it wasn't until the evening that I was able to contact the company and in the end I had to take it to the USPS post office to return it to the address on the package they delivered, when I tried to contact them multiple times. From Cafago, they said they didn't know that address and gave another address in Hong Kong, saying I would pay the delivery fee myself, so my loss would double because the Cafago company did not agree to give the label but only gave the address, they have many Violations such as using a fake address, falsifying a business address where they do not own it, intentionally misleading them into selling unused and damaged fake goods, taking money without refund, but I have returned the items to them. They have also cheated in many ways like that, they need to be clear, they cannot cheat like that
