They said that I would be 'pre-ordering' a fitness tracking bracelet, which cost $162.22. It was supposed to ship in August 2016. When it didn't, they informed me that it would actually ship in November 2016. It still hasn't shipped, and despite multiple emails I have no response or refund from the company.
