CAE Healthcare Reports & Reviews (4)

• Sep 11, 2023

The conversation started on August 25, 2023, A message with "NOW HIRING" was received and I expressed my interest. I was asked then to send my resume to [email protected], and then I received a message saying there was an opening for a remote customer care representative and would like to do an interview at my convenience time. The following day, I received a message offering the compensation is $41.10 per hour while training pays $27 per hour, payments be made bi-weekly through direct deposit or paycheck, and being interviewed by Albert John with three questions which I answered through a chat at the business chat of CAE Healthcare facebook. Three hours later, I received a message saying after a thorough review of my application and resume, I am being offered the position at a company that values growth and development and will provide training. Disclosed that the good news is that the company will provide funds to cover the cost of tools(computer, printer, and PUSP proper use of software and programs) which will be sent to me via check with detailed instructions. By the 27th, I received another message saying that the check had been issued. Received the check via UPS two days later, deposited the check, and two days later check was cleared. Used a portion of the check to purchase the equipment and software apps. The next thing I knew, messages popped in saying I was told that I would be provided the equipment, why I used the funds to buy on my own, etc...etc. and I was instructed to return the rest of the money via the cash app or Zelle pay and return the equipment I purchased, which pushed me to do all this in one day. Five days later, the check bounced back with a note of a frozen/blocked account. Now left me with a negative balance on my own account. When I messaged them to let them know of the bounced check, they deposited another amount but were on hold for one week when I tried following up the reply was to try to get to your bank and that was the last message received. No equipment was delivered, left with thousands worth of bounced checks which I cannot afford to pay as a single mother with a child attending university as junior college. Now need help in paying for something that I did not even spend but used by people of no hearts.

I got message from CAE Healthcare they will interview me. The entire interview was over Teams text, with occasioinal voice call only when I had questions. They mentioned there would be paid training for 2 weeks for $25 per hour, then pay would increase $35 per hour. They stated they would send us equipment, and software. They asked lots of questions regarding motivation, type of work interest, they asked if I owned credit card. They said responses would be submitted to Head of HR, and they would confirm decision. I was told to pickup phone next day promptly at 8am EST so that interview would commence, if I was selected. When I was selected, again the text sessions started with regards to how well I did (ie 95%), and how I was great communicator. Then as conversation progressed, the person texting (his name is Howard Lynn) - I will attach conversation info - started saying "too good to be true" statements: the company cares for the people and is willing to pay off debt, the company also provides lots of benefits, he listed everything from life insurance, 401k, to bonuses, paid time off, vacation time off, etc. All for hourly wage work. Then Howard started saying he needed credit card information, and how much debt I had. I texted I was not going to give him my cc info. Then he calls me and we go back and forth as to why he need my credit card, when he specifically stated company would provide equipment, and software to do work. And he said credit card info was to clear my debt, and that he would stay on the phone with me while this was done. And here was the point where I thought something is not right: I told him I had debt of $20,000, and in few seconds he texts back that company will pay off debt for you! I was beyond amazed that a company that does not know me, have not signed any contract, now suddenly will wipe out my personal debt. Anyways, it went back and forth for some time, I mentioned this was very fishy, and that no company pays off personal debt just over phone call without signing on a contract. He just hung up when I asked in what city of Canada is the company based and provide address. Howard suddenly says he cannot hear me, connection bad, and hangs up.

I recently applied for a job position off Zip Recruiter. The position was for an Administrative Assistant Position at $35.00 per hour. at PSA Healthcare. I contacted PSA Healthcare out of Colorado Springs Colorado and they stated that they did not have any postings and it was incorrect. I then received an email from Kevin at Zip recruiter advising me that a was selected to contact Mr. Charles Washington after I downloaded Google Hangouts to my phone. I set up the Hangouts app and contacted Mr. Washington at [email protected]. I was contacted on Wed April 05,2017 by Mr. Washington at 11:08 am MST. He stated he was one of the hiring managers for CAE Healthcare not PSA. I questioned that and asked if the company was affiliated with the ScamPulse.com and he stated "Yes". He continued to place an interview over texting through Hangout app. I asked him all appropriate questions and he have contacted me at 8:00 since Wed. He stated he would send a check to purchase office equipment from their vendor until an Office was opened up in Pueblo Colorado on April 30,2017. My duties were to include accounting entry, payroll & managing employees, scheduling appointments, purchase orders, and invoicing, I would be utilizing programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and using company computer database. All assignments would be sent via e-mail or IM and I would report directly to an immediate supervisor to be known when initial training begins. He offered the position and stated a check would mailed out via FED- EX on Thursday, April 06, 2017 and would contact me on April 07,2017 to advise me of the tracking number. He advised me of the tracking number which is #786164265354 and will be here at my home address on Friday. When I received it I would be given further instructions and to purchase all necessary equipment including Laptop, printer, scanner and all appropriate programming for my job juties. I received a call at approximately 8:49AM from a individual by the name of James Wright/Right?? (763)308-3154 and advised me that he was the HR representative for CAE Healthcare. He also advised me that the check being sent was for $4000.00. I questioned Mr. Wright and asked him how long the company had been in existing and where the home/corporate office was located. He stated 8 years and the office was located in California. I asked him for the CEO's name and he questioned why I asked. I advised him can I have the number and he disregarded the questioned and asked why I was asking for the CEO name.. He did not give me the number and also stated I could get in touch with him for any questions. All the information I have is by email from the app Hangouts on Google.
