I placed an order online for seat covers through Cabrexa. After about 2 weeks of not receiving any tracking information for my order, I reached out to their customer service. They told me there was a delay but my order would ship in a couple of days. A couple of days passed and when I didn’t receive any tracking information, I inquired again. I received the same response. Over the course of a month, I received no tracking information and then their customer service just completely stopped responding after I stated I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund. They haven’t done that, so instead I’ve opened a fraud complaint with my credit card company.

On November 2, 2023, I purchased a loveseat cover from the online Cabrexa store for $69.97. When I emailed the company website at [email protected], they sent information with a tracking number but it continually states "your package is waiting to be picked up by carrier." It's now November 30, 2023, and nothing on the tracking information screen has changed. This is a scam - BEWARE.

I ordered a cover for a 7 seat recliner sectional. Got a confirmation email that order will be shipped in 3-7 days. After 10 days had passed I tried to call the contact number but it was out of service. I then emailed asking my order. A week later got an email saying they are investigating and will get back to me. Another week passed and I emailed twice to cancel and refund my money. Last email they sent saying my order was out of stock and it is now in stock is is being processed to ship. I now realize this is a scam website.
