They have taken a deposit. Then proceeded to tell me in a voice-mail from a private number that it was illegal to install services at my address.
Mail still continues to arrive. I have not received a refund nor services in my home.
This is happening all over my city. Yet no one will say anything because they are afraid of not getting either services from any other provider or not getting their money back.
