c Informed me I owed $13000.00 in a debt to Capital One. I said, that is not possible and they needed to provide proof. Our state law says this is the law. The answer was they do not need to follow our states law as they are not located in the state. I told them this is incorrect and released the call.

If post something on Facebook Marketplace and you get almost immediate responses - be wary. If they give you a phone number to text - DON'T they are trying to get your phone number and set up Google Voice which I have read can be used for identity theft and other bad things. Pisses me off.
