C & C Solutions (323) 369-4218 Jessie Ramirez -showed up on Sunday with a Notice of Default document telling me i needed to sign a contract otherwise my bank would Charge me $15,000 fees not including attorney fees. These guys are not even licensed agents . Their whole company should be closed down for trying to do fake modifications. They have no interest in helping people but only look to collect money from people that are already facing financial hardhship.
