wanted plumbing inspection on a purchased used house. at 1st he wanted ac repair which we dont do, plumbing only. then he wanted the plmg insp. 1000 deposit then wanted me to bill his card 6900, forward 5200 to the current owner and hold the rest as a security deposit and on and on. i wasnt willing to do all of this for a 200 job. i told him i wasnt in the finance business and never heard back again.
