I purchased a gift for my husband from for Christmas. After 2 weeks of not receiving it, I looked back through my emails to find the shipping information. The company had created a fake DHL commerce tracking number and a fake USPS tracking number. I tried contacting them through their Facebook page. The page did not exist. I called them. The call went through to a menu, but when I tried to get someone on the line, there was always an 'error' and it would send me back to the main menu. I have emailed several times to no avail. I typed their company name into Google and MANY MANY people have had the same issues. If I knew what I know now, I would never have bought from them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Thankfully I only spent like $9 with them, but I am still trying to get that back from them.

On October 2, 2019 I placed an online order with BYNSAVE for a total of $18.92. This amount was taken from my account and I received an email stating "order confirmed". I have never received my order. I sent an email to the support people, no response. Tried calling, it does not give you an opportunity to speak with anyone. Total scammers, fortunately I only lost a small amount compared to others.

Hi I purchased this portable hanging fan that was suppose to go around your neck on Aug.13 from an ad that was on my FB.

So today is Oct.17 and I havent received it or a refund and now not even an email anymore.After about a month I started inquirying about it thru email and they apologized and said there was an issue with their warehouse and gave me a tracking #which didnt even track it, it was like it was non-movement,so multiple emails back and forth, them telling me the same exact thing they did in the 1st couple emails blaming the warehouse and then me asking for a refund and now they dont even respond. The Phone # is *** as well you call it and whatever# u push its automated and it takes you in a circle or hangs up on you so,and then I saw other complaints and reviews after the fact and it looks even shadier now what I dont get is why is it on FB feed?

Do not buy from this company, they are a scam site. They will take you money but you will never receive you product. There is no phone number to speak with a live person, you will never receive a tracking number or shipment confirmation; and even if you do it will not be a valid tracking number. The "business" address listed is actually a home in Franklin Square NY.

I placed my order on Sept 15, 2019. My credit card was immediately charged. It is now October 17, 2019 and no information of shipment. I have sent repeated emails to [email protected] with no meaningful reply other than to say my order was "on it's way", but again no shipping information is ever provided. I have attached an image of the "business" location.

Do not ever, ever buy from this site, you will be sorry if you do.

Business posted on Facebook, also internet website. Sells products after giving you a phone receipt mine with a 5 digit number (courier) which could not be looked up. After a long wait calling 800 number is a recording to go [email protected] 800-357-3479. 2 emails 1 stated it was courier fault, then a warehouse problem now no more emails. Website still up bynsave SCAM!

I ordered a neck fan back in the beginning of August. My money was immediately taken from my account and I've only gotten an email saying there are problems in the warehouse that they are working on. I have tried to call and it's a computer answer and no more of my emails are being answered. I've asked for a refund and have got no reply.

ordered a product on july 10th, emailed 4 times they said they would check with the usps for a tracking number, that did't work, called them they said the besy way to get a hold of them was email, emailed again, now they are completely ignoring me. IT IS A SCAM!!!!!

I ordered a "Magical Car Ice Scraper" at the beginning of January 2019 (January 2nd, to be specific). I paid for expedited shipping and was told my product would arrive by January 5. That date comes and goes...I figured maybe they were behind on their orders because of the holidays. It is currently January 26, 2019 and not only have I not received my product, but I have also tried to get in touch with customer service several times without anything happening. I messaged their Facebook page on January 23 and was told to provide my name, email, and order number so that someone could get in touch with me via email ASAP. Still no email or anything from customer service. Today (January 26), I tried calling the number provided on their website hoping to speak directly to another person. Unfortunately, when I selected "speak with a customer service representative" from their automated menu, I was met with ANOTHER automated message telling me "the best way to get in touch with us is to email us at [email protected] or by using our online messaging service - thanks for calling, goodbye!" I called again and went through the other options on the automated menu and was met with the same message every single time. At this point, I don't even want my product, I just want my money back. I looked online to see if others had a similar experience and came across multiple reviews of people who went through the exact same thing. There is little to no information about the company on their website.

Purchased and paid for 3 items on January 3rd, that never arrived. I emailed them 10 times inquiring about my my items only to be told they were lost by the USPS. Asked for a refund, 3 times only to be told, yet again, the package will arrive tomorrow. Never received paid for items.

I saw an ad for a product from this company on Facebook and went online to make a purchase. After paying extra for faster shipping, my item was delayed and not shipped out for over a week after it should have been. All attempts to contact the company for an update or refund have been unsuccessful. The 800 number listed on the website is a recording with a list of options that come up as "invalid" no matter which one you pick. I also tried tracking the USPS number listed and it just takes me back to the company website. The website is full of 5 star reviews, which are obviously false. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges.

I was purchasing a product form the online shop, after payment, I was told the product will come after a month. It was too late to get the product. So I followed its return policy and requested a return/refund in 24 hours. The second day, I received an email said "order confirmed", I replied with the request of cancel order. the next day, the customer service asked me "why you want to cancel the order", I replied with the reason of shipping time. And then I received another email said the order is on its way to me. And customer service told me "your order is shipped, it's not liable to do a return/refund for you".

This website is totally a scam!
