This con artist organization operates under several aliases which are all as crooked as a dogs hind leg. If you are fond of telemarketers that call you telling you that you have won a million dollars and all you have to do is pay the taxes upfront then this is the theft organization for you.
I purchased two backup cameras that tranmit to your cell phone. What I got was totally worthless and unuseable. Doesn't transmit to your phone at all and is nothing like what was advertised. It was the equivalent of buying what they advertised as a rolex and they ship you a timex and then add insult to injury to the whole thing they offer you as compensation a 10 or 20% discount coupon on future purchases.

Placed an order on may 25,2020 for a 12ft trampoline that can hold up to 445 pounds or close to it. I kept having to reach out to the company via email to see when my package would arrive because when you call the phone number it only advertises some kind of warranty and the hangs up. I got the package on August 14 only to open a 5ft trampoline with missing pieces. I reach out and Kristin Todd from bycheget’s responded that nowhere on their website say the size of the trampoline. What am I stupid? Why would I purchase something and not know what I am buying? And how did I know that it can hold up to 400 and something pounds at once? Complete scammers and false advertising! There was a kid jumping on this huge trampoline...that definitely was not a 5ft trampoline. Now there is nothing on the website except a electric nail gun. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. ITS A SCAM. Starting an investigation through my bank!

We could not initially tell that this company is based in China; if we had knwn, we would have NOT ordered through them! Just like ALL of the other reviews, the very same thing happened to us! We ordered a 15ft trampoline that was clearly described on their website and on the description space on my online receipt. It took close to 90 days to receive the wrong item! This company has NOT offered any meaningful resolution or even a refund! I spent $279 for the wrong item and want a refund and they should have to pay for their item to be returned to them. This company website should be shut down for deception practices and unfair business activities! I have also filed complaints with the FTC.gov, I3C.gov and my state's Attorney General's office.

Same exact experience for me. Ordered. 15 ft jump n dunk trampoline and they sent me a 5 ft leisure trampoline. Coincidentally they removed theb15 ft trampoline from their website and a re w now saying I purchased a 5 ft and they don't offer a 15 ft. They are trying to say $30 compensation makes up for the $279 purchase! NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I am so disappointed this happened, it was for my sons bday, and he never got his bday present:-(

That's the same thing that happened to me i paid 300 dollars for a 12feet trompoline I waited almost 2 months after numerous call and emails. After it finally arrived it was a 5 feet trompoline then there are going to tell me that they have checked my order and see where I ordered a 5 feet trompoline why would I pay 300 dollars for a 5 feet trompoline. They are scammers and the authorities should know about this. And what makes it worst the representative is telling me I should give it away for a gift if i am not pleased with the size.

I ordered a 12 ft trampoline on May 28th for my three children . Three month’s later I received a 5 inch trampoline. We have read the reviews and this whole company is a scam. Please DO NOT BUY. After going back and forth with customer service via email communications, I am convinced this is a scam happening overseas and that "customer service" is a group of random people taking money and then intentionally sending the wrong product. The reviews are clear - the same situation occurred for every single person. I intend to fight this charge with my credit card company since this "company" has decided that satisfactory restitution would be a 20% discount off my next purchase! Laughable! I will be reporting them to the BBB as well as blowing them up all over YELP so that this doesn't not continue to happen.

Same here. It was a legit website with LOTS of items back on June 1st. Received a 5’ trampoline today. Reported is at a scam with my bank. Hoping I’ll get the $279 back. Also, in that process my bank told me they charged me a $8.99 processing fee at a later date which I knew nothing about. My bank blocked them and hopeful They will not charge me any other processing fees again. Completely disappointed. ? Thor first photo is was I got. The second photo is what I was SUPPOSED to get.

On May 31, 2020 I ordered a 12 ft. Jump N' Dump Trampoline for my great-grandchildren in Florida. I paid $288.99 on my charge card. The order was confirmed by Bycheget, however, took forever to receive the trampoline. It was just received today (8-12-20) at my Grandsons address in Florida, however, it is a 5 ft trampoline, not what I ordered. I tried going on line only to find out their website is no longer able to be found. Now I see the 5 other complaints above of the same complaints. Please give some advice to get a refund if anyone finds out what to do. So disappointing after waiting so long and then to be taken by a fraudulent company.

Evelyn B. I order a 12ft trampoline and water sprinkler in may and the website said it was available to ship. Well it took until August the 4th before it came and it had parts of a 5ft trampoline in the box. I cancel the order in early June because I order it for a party and they still sent this crap out, this company is a scam. I asked for a prepaid return label to return this crap and I haven’t receive it yet.mastercard took it off my bill and told me to return it back to them. They sent what they wanted to ship, not what I order and want me to pay to ship it to Hong Kong. Please do not order anything from Bycheget because they constitute fraud.

Ordered a 12 foot jump n dunk trampoline in late May. Advertised free shipping in 10-15 days. Sent emails for status updates, was told the first time it would be a while because the trampoline was being custom made. Finally arrived Aug 5, however it was a 5 foot trampoline, that is nowhere close to the instruction booklet it came with. As with the other complaints it appears to be just parts from other trampolines. No way possible you could even make a trampoline from the parts shipped. DO NOT buy from this place... 100% scammed.

Same exactly. paid for and ordered 12 foot trampoline May 26th after many emails, it arrive Aug. 3rd. Wrong size, was only 5 foot. instructions didn't match and parts were from 2 different trampolines, no way to make it work. This is the contact that I was able to e-mail. No satisfaction from them so far. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

I would not use this site. We ordered a trampoline from them back in May and had to constantly contact them through their email to check the status of the order. They would always report that they were working on it, even though they charged our card at the time of order $296. A "trampoline" was delivered in July, not the full-size one that was on their site. They sent a 5-foot diameter toddler trampoline and insist that is what was ordered. I provided them with copies of the order and they still insist that they did nothing wrong. I requested a refund and it was denied, they only offered $30. If you try to call the phone number listed on their website, it is answered by an automated phone tree system that tries to sell you car warranties and medicare supplements. If you are patient enough to listen to all of that crap, the call auto disconnects at the end. I would leave aero status if it was an option. DO NOT USE their site. As of today, July 16, 2020, they have removed all products from their site except for a nail gun.
