I placed order online for 11 items and supposed to be delivered on the same day. Later on I received a phone called advising me an issuance of a refund for $22.91 for unavailability of 3 items, and the remaining of 8 items will be delivered shortly. However, I received a 2nd calls advising me the remaining 8 items will not be delivered because the whole purchase transaction has been canceled by them, and in order for me to receive that remaining order, I have to create a new purchase order online. So I asked: if the whole transaction has been canceled then where is the $53.61 which is $76.52 minus the refund $22.91? And why do I have to create a new purchase for the remaining 8 items when my existing order still has not been fulfilled? The answers were given to me by calling B&V Enterprise were: “you want your remaining 8 bottles then you have to create a new purchase.”....”about the $53.61, unfortunately, I don’t have the answer for you. We can only take your information down and someone will call you back.”....And needless to say, no one had ever called me back.
