I have a new Canon Printer, I was trying to set up. I called the chat rood and they told me to call another number. I got a call right away saying they would help me set up my printer. they wanted me to download alot of things ( I am not that computer literate) but after they asked for my credit card and wanted to set me up on a security system, I started to panic. I called the Canon help desk again and got someone that told me to shut down my computer immediately which I hesaid this is a common thing.. The company ;phone # is 800-785-1947 Co c alled Best Tech, technical support. I was terrified to think of the complications.
