I applied for a promo of 1.95 to come out of my account. They took out 89.95 without my permission. The person who I talked to also took out another 4.95 when I told her not to charge my account. She gave me 2 phone numbers to call and when I called the guy says they don’t handle amounts that big. What the hell? Is this a scam? Is there someone who knows who I need to talk to? I’m about to lose it!
