The business was advertised on social media. I went directly to their website and purchased a product. I emailed the customer service email at the time of my order with a special request for my order. It has been several weeks and I have not received any correspondence, shipping confirmation, or otherwise from the company. I paid $25 for the product including shipping, and I have filed a chargeback with my financial institution.

Seems very legit, has products on social media and is promoting the product but not responding for customer service and not shipping product. Other user commented on social media page with same issue
