BuzzBGone planted a lot of online ads through and fake reviews to advertise their merchandise. After you order - the money gets taken immediately! and the items ordered never show up!

In a few days you may receive a fake tracking number from an international carrier - it is fake because it does not get updated and does not give you any tracking info. No response if you attempt to contact them.

looks like a legit website. www.buzzbgone .com but when you order and enter your credit card info. it immediately charges your acct. but no confirmation of the order is provided. they will continue to offer you products please don't order anything else. they will drag your order for many days pushing you to order something else don't. your money is gone, and your Merchandise will never arrive.

I Googles best mosquito zappers and BuzzBGone came up as the #1 zapper. On a number of googled sights. So I placed an order. The company immediately processed my credit card. I waited a couple weeks for a shipping email as instructed. When I didn’t receive one I emailed them asking when I could expect my order. I received an automated email saying my order was shipped but it didn’t give me any shipping information. So I emailed them back and I received another immediate automated email saying they were looking into it. I repeated this process 3 times getting the same responses.

I purchased three devices from the web site. All the information seemed right when I received a receipt via email - except I didn't receive any tracking info. Eventually I contacted the company through email and they said: Oh, the delivery was returned to sender. That was confusing. They then said my product would be re-shipped immediately. After two days I finally contacted them again and they provided me a tracking number. The tracking number was not recognized by the DHL tracking company. So I contacted again and they provided me a different tracking number from Deutsche DHL (this is coming from Jersey?). That tracking number has only said "your order has been processed and waiting for tracking information to update" since May 28th - it is now June 15. The information has not changed from "en route" the whole time and when I contact DHL they tell me they can't answer my question. I went back again to the company and they have not responded. I am fairly certain they have taken my $100+ and not shipped a thing. This seems very much like a scam. In an earlier email exchange, they also refuse to return my money because the product has shipped - even though they won't prove that to me. Buyer beware - do not do business with this company.
