I ordered 2 pairs of jeans from these people in early October and they have not arrived after multiple emails back and forth. They want "documentation " from my postal service. They do not accept responsibility at all. The postal office never received my items.

selling women's jeans, called Judy Blues, Judy Blues is a registered trademark from the Judy Blues company in LA. This is what I told them: Judy Blue is a registered trademark, it is a classic bait-and-switch. These are Chinese knockoffs. You have misled me into believing these jeans are Judy Blue's and that is fraudulent.

please refund the full amount of my purchase.

their response: As I stated clearly in the previous email, Judy Blue is the name of the pants, not the brand. We don't even know the brand; we just only simply named our product and it accidently matched. And we're committed to the product's quality with the selling price. At the same time, the product we sent is not damaged or the incorrect size, so the return policy does not apply in this case.

They said they had Judy Blue tummy control jeans. I order a blue Jean pair and a black Jean pair. I entered my address and payment information. The order took forever to get here and when it arrived, the quality was terrible and they are not the brand advertised. When I tried to get a refund they are giving me the run around and saying that they shipped the product I ordered

Answered an ad on Instagram> Got a confirmation email that said the order was received and then shipped. When I go on the tracking website with the tracking website that they gave me it only says that the item was awaiting delivery to USPS and that has gone on for 5 days. When I attempted to contacted the company ( 4 times) my emails all went unanswered. Since I paid for the product with Paypal they returned the purchase price to me. The company also goes under the name Felixi Pte. Ltd.
