I ordered one bottle of skin tag remover for $65 on Facebook, supposedly with one extra bottle for free. The site did not show a final total that would be charged to my card. My card was charged for $129.

I contacted them and told them that I demand a refund. They shipped me two bottles and a cream, they charged my card another $60 without my permission for the cream. Then a month later, they charged my card again, claiming I signed up for an auto renewal, for another $129. I told them to stop charging me and issue an full refund, but they didn't refund anything.

This is fraud, I am reporting this site, hoping to have it shut down to protect others from falling victim to this scam..

I ordered package number three from the website buyskinremedybrands.com, which states that I buy one bottle at $64.94 and get one bottle free. Once I purchased that package I was charged $129.88. I called customer service and got them to refund me $64.94 for the second “free“ bottle. The product did not work for me and there is a 30 day guarantee from the time I purchase to return for a full refund. I have no issues returning the product that I have but I am told now that I can no longer get a refund because my package is opened. Also, I am told there is no such thing as a free bottle and that they do not show that on their website. I am very disappointed that I have a product that does not work for me and I have reached out with another 30 days of purchase, and they are refusing to refund me my money even though I have offered to send both bottles back, one being unopened. I spoke with two separate customer, service, representatives, and a supervisor who all told me the same thing and ended up hanging up on me because they will not refund me the money.
