I purchased a product from Facebook and then I tried to cancel order. Was told that I could not cancel that I would need to return for refund. I ordered on 1/8/2023 and have not received my products. I received a shipping notification and to date the package has not shipped. I have called serval times and no resolution. I called 1/26/2023 and the number states press 9 for customer service and then the phone disconnects.
