They sell products under many advertisements and company names. I bought a watch for $19 on a credit card. It arrived with miniscule instructions translated from Chinese by someone not proficient in English. I emailed them multiple time and did get responses that were also written by someone not proficient in English, requiring repeat requests. When I finally asked for a refund, they said I'd have to send it back at my own expense of $10 and give me only an $8 refund. They also withheld a return mailing address unless I agreed. My credit card company refused to allow a dispute because I did not return the item.
