I purchased a bisssell vacuum cleaner that was never delivered to my home.Somehow they used other tracking numbers so the funds can be released to them. The tracking number tracked a package to a address being delivered in satsuma which forced me to call Usps. For them to tell me that it was a scam the item that was delivered only weighed 0.5 lbs,not nearly a vacuum cleaner weight.
