To Whom This May Concern,

I made a purchase in August 08/30/22 order# 874524 and was charged $199.88, I was then sent another shipment in September order# 874526 (that I did not agree to or approve. I was told I was put on an automatic shipping plan which I also did not agree to.
Anyway, the product did not work for me, it made me sick.
I called 10/03 and canceled by "subscription" and was told I could not request a refund until 10/31/22.
I called 11/03 s/w Jaz, she said she will call me back the systems were down (no call back)
I called 11/04 s/w Ria she stated once I ship the product back to call them with the tracking number and she initiated my refund. She gave me a RMA#8745241695287401, stated to put all the bottles in 1 box and once received it would take 3-5 days to refund me.
11/14 I shipped the products back, have the receipt and tracking confirmation.
I called 11/23 s/w Sess? and confirmed the product (my return) was received and I should get a refund in 24-48 hours for $331.00, I returned 11 bottles.
11/29 I called and I was told there was an issue refunding my card so they are mailing me a paper check that I should receive in 4-5 business days.
I called again then I was told the refund takes 10 business days
I called 12/13 s/w Martin conf#992857 he stated he is calling the billing dept, put me on hold and came back and said to call back in 24-48 hours and I should have an update on my refund from the billing department.
12/19 I called s/w Joy, she saw the previous notes, said no word from billing. I asked what the turnaround time from billing was and she said 24-48 hours, once she hears back she will call me (NO call received)
12/22 I called s/w Emanuel confirmed $331 was my refund and he stated there was no word from the billing department and he stated he advised the billing department this was my 3rd inquiry.
01/03/23 s/e Deena (a supposed supervisor) was very rude, she tried to tell me that I was refunded for my August shipment on 11/23/22 for $155.30 ref#7539761610 to my card ending in 8473. And the Detox was refunded 11/23 ref#7539762371 for $21.05 to the same card. I let her know that I had not received any refunds to my card, she told me I had to take it up with my bank/cc company.
01/03/23 I called again s/w Helen, she stated the refund is still in process with the billing department to call back tomorrow.
On 01/03/23 I called my credit card company and s/w David, he stated NO attempts were made ever to refund my account.
01/06/23 I called s/w Ava she put me on hold to check with the billing department and stated it was still in process and I should get it soon! I let her know that I have been being told this since the beginning of December. She stated there was no way for her or me to contact the billing department verbally/directly that it was all done through their system.

So from the above you can see all of my attempts to get my $331.00 refund and the absolute run around I have gotten the entire time.

Something needs to be done about this immediately. I expect a phone call, and email and my money ASAP

Foolishly I purchased what I thought was 1 bottle at $39.98. You don't see any more price information until you hit pay and that was when I saw that I was being charged $119.88. When I looked at my credit card statement I was charged $199.98 and they tried to charge me an additional $59.98 which my credit card company declined thankfully. I responded within 10 minutes of receiving their email (which has zero company info on it at all but did have the price of $199.88) and was ignored. I continued to reach out via email since their office hours are the same as mine and eventually did receive a response basically saying you ordered 5 bottles and after 90 days of trying the product, if I am not satisfied I can reach out to arrange a return for unopened bottles.

The next day I receive notice that the product was being shipped so obviously they ignored my many requests to cancel the order. I am working with my Credit Card company, the Better Business Bureau and the Post Office (I intend to refuse the shipment) but what a hassle! This company is a scammer and I regret ever acknowledging the ad... Hopefully my credit card company does the right thing or the ScamPulse.com puts pressure on them to refund me (I have found out much more information since I originally filed my complaint with them). I will also look to see what other agencies I can notify of the scam so others don't get caught up in this mess.
