never received my order placed on Buyinwins.com. After 1 months they never gave me a tracking number. I requested a refund but I think it will never arrive. I have asked my bank to cancel this transaction

I have never received an order placed on buyinwins.com. After one month asking at least for the tracking number I never received anything. I requested a refund but no answer again. I will inform my bank to delete this transaction.

Was told to ship my defected item to an address provided by customer service to receive refund after providing photos of defected item. Mailed item through USPS, tracked return, status stated the item was received on June 16, 2021. Emailed customer service numerous of times, kept being told staff was notified or refund takes time. I still have not received my refund and they received their item back. It has been over a month since they’ve received the item. They stopped responding to me.
