Scammer sent an email that an order had been processed which I immediately disputed. I exchanged messages with customer care and it was stated I had a subscription to this product which was not the case. I was also advised the subscription was an automatic condition of initial purchase and that makes zero sense as I did not authorize any additional purchases. EdenBrands.com does not warn consumers online that any order results in a subscription! Unbelievable. I am working with my bank to dispute this charge. I hope others are not taken in by FB ads that use Dr Phil or anyone else in an attempt to legitimize their product or deceptive business practices.
