Since purchasing weed is legal here in New York, I was searching for an affordable site to purchase some THC cartridges for my vape pen. I searched on their website for a specific Hybrid strain but they didn't seem to have any listed. I contacted their online customer service chat for assistance. The person insisted that I should contact a number via text they provided to get the product I was searching for. They provided me with a list of what they had in the hybrid strains and I placed my order and paid via Chime Bancorp banking services. Then they said I should be hearing from the delivery guy with my order and I should be expecting it within 20 minutes. The delivery guy stated I must pay a refundable insurance fee of $300, however I did not have that & insisted I pay $150, which I still didn't have & I informed him that, so I only paid $100. The delivery guy never followed through with delivery & stated my order would be on hold for 48hrs until I pay the $50. I have ask for a full refund of my money since my order was never fulfilled. And I haven't heard from them since yesterday.
