Seller claims to sell puppies for very cheap because they have a "new" litter coming in the next month. I asked to call him, and he said that there are several people waiting to get the puppy, so I have to pay on the phone. He said that he only takes Zelle or Walmart cash payments and provided me his Zelle email. I sent money to the email, and he claimed that he would send the puppy's flight itinerary after he finishes "paperwork". He also asked me to sign a contract (which I thought was legitimate) stating clearly that he would refund the buyer if they are not able to receive the puppy by the expected date. I asked that the puppy got delivered in a few days and he said that they can ship anytime. I try to call him later that evening checking to see if the itinerary is ready. No answer, even after several calls. It just goes straight to voicemail. He ends up sending an itinerary through a FAKE pet shipping website called "uspetshipping.com". This website also looks VERY similar to buyshihtzus.com. You can tell that the website is not legitimate by looking at the testimonials and checking the social media icons (they don't work or they get redirected to another page). The "shipping" company also sends you a terribly formatted email saying that they require an additional $1800 for an electronic crate because my owner used a wooden crate, which they don't allow in airports (this was getting ridiculous). I texted the seller saying that there was no mention of an $1800 fee in the contract and that I want a full refund. Seller completely ghosted me.
