you purchase a trial of their product and then they automatically charge almost $90 to your bank account the following month claiming it is a "membership". When you try to call the phone number on the website to discontinue said "membership" that you never really signed up for in the first place, they give you multiple phone numbers and tell you to try "one of those". No one can ever find your account information but they can sure find the account information to steal your money!!
