I ordered a "fee trial" product agreeing only to pay shipping and handling. Nowhere on the website, including in the Terms and Conditions, does it state that I have to cancel my subscription within a certain amount of time. I was charged $79.68. The amount of shipping and handling was advertised as $4.95. I called the customer service number on my emailed invoice (***-**-***2) and was told that I had to have canceled my account within 14 days of purchase in order not to be charged. I then called the customer service number on the website buygarciniausa.com (8***), which is a different number than on my invoice, and was told that there was no record of my information, purchase, or account. They then gave me another number that did connect me with a customer service at a different business altogether (***0). They don't even sell the product that I ordered. I have since put a stop payment on my account with the bank. I looking to rectify this situation and get my funds returned. The email address that my invoices came from is [email protected]. This is a completely different company name than the website advertises.
