Purchased a costume from this site and paid for expedited shipping on 10/13, it was supposed to arrive on October 20th, company provided me with a DHL tracking number, yet when I attempt to track there is no information and it doesn't say it was shipped, even though they say it was shipped. Now they are not responding.
