The site was face book. Ad from buybuybaby.com. Liquidation of all merchandise. I purchased a stroller and other baby items. My charge card was charged. No confirmation email sent to me. my charge card shows a charge for $49.98 by Summersalt{clothing store} in Denver, Colorado. I have no idea what that is. Not what was in ad. Sounds like scam. Nothing ever delivered to me nor any contact made to me by buybuybaby or this Summersalt company. I contacted my credit card company within an hour of placing the purchase and was told to wait at least one week and call back. I waited, and called today. They took info and said they will contact the company on my charge and if no response from them within a few business days it will be dropped. I am very upset that I was scammed on face book. Why are they allowing this *** to happen on their site? They need to be accountable for scammers and fraud on their site!

I purchased items off Facebook ad buyy buyy baby website it look legit with the secure money back granted and had closing big sale . I received email stating items are getting shipped 5 days go by after the delivery date an email the company no response looked up tracking number . It stated this confirmation tracking number is invalid. I never received my items I purchased through this website and looked up company name fadel beatty limited many websites an scams came up !

I ordered three items and tracked them with the tracking number provided to me. I was able to following the items through China to the US. But the day after the tracking said they arrived in the US, it said they were delivered. I did not receive them, so I emailed the company. They told me it said delivered and to talk to my local post office. I went to the post office the next day and talked to them. They told me the tracking number looked real, but that they had no proof of the items. When they looked up the tracking number, nothing showed up. I emailed the company back and told them the post office had no proof of the items. They told me again they had been delivered and to check with the post office, but added a shipping label to the replay that time.

Said they were going out of business so theyre selling baby carseats, strollers, highchairs, etc for percentagss off due to closing down

I purchased some baby items and paid through online with a credit card. The first month they said it was returned for in deliverable address, not true. After that they resend it out to the same address which is in Georgia and they delivered it to someone there. I wrote to them and told them I am in Montana and they have my address. This has been going on for 3 months several emails and they just keep telling me to please be patient my refund is on its way no it's not.
