I ordered one bottle of their product for around 60.00. I checked my account the next day and they charged me 129.88. I called and asked why and they said I ordered 3 bottles at a discounted rate. Not true. I asked them to credit back to the one bottle price and they only agreed to change it to two for a discounted price. I eventually received the product. This was in November when I ordered it. Then around mid-December they charged me another 129.88. I called and told them to refund me and they said another order was shipping to me. They said I signed up for a subscription. Not true. I was very firm and said I did not and refund me the full amount. They offered to refund half of cost to make it easier then returning it. I refused and insisted on full refund. They wouldn’t transfer me to a supervisor and hung up on me. They also couldn’t provide any tracking info for the newest order. Total rip off and frustrating!
