Offered an award for my hometown. Used my town name multiple times, but never mentioned a state. From there, they wanted you to purchase the award, as the proceeds go towards the town funds. The office building and "unsubscribe" link were to a completely different state than my city and that seemed suspicious, considering it was a local award.
