This company claims that they are a direct small business funding company. However, they can not get approved for a line of credit to fund loans directly. They have other companies such as Mantis, Crestwood and others "white label" the contract so that Business Union Financial can put their company logo on it and send it to brokers. They have multiple disputes with these companies that "claw back" commission and Business Union Financial just closes the bank account and opens another one. This company is not ethical and should be investigated. They have also had issues with paying their employees.
