I received an email with sender Auto-Receipt. Body of email says, "Thank you for your business. Enclosed is an invoice receipt for your records. This email confirms your recent payment of $559.99. Here are the details of your order." There is an order number, amount, purchase date, and transaction type of "purchase". It then goes on to say, "Keep this invoice for your records. If this transaction was not authorized by you, please contact us with your invoice number. Details about your order can be found on your invoice.

This email confirmation is regarding product/service purchased through your Premium Membership. Additional note - in order to update email or payment information, you must re-enter both of these fields in your profile and click 'save'."

There is an "unsubscribe" button. And an invoice attached titled Invoice_PDF.mht

A few clues to me this might be a scam - Sent to an email address I don't use for business. Doesn't have my name on it anywhere. It's a larger amount than I am likely to spend. I have a Premium Membership? And they're telling me what to update in my profile. What is mht stand for on the attachment title? Never seen that one. Also, there is no person's name or company information at the bottom, or anywhere for that matter.

I have reported it to my email provider, blocked the sender and marked it as spam. In the process of reporting it through my ID protection service.

I received this email. That said I had paid $559, from a company that I don't recognize, and no information about the company or details of the supposed transaction. I didn't dare click any of the links. Im not sure if they are trying to scam me or if I've already been scammed.

I received this information in an e-mail, but I had not made any order. There was a file attached called Invoice_PDF.mht. I did not open the attachment as I assume it is some type of virus.

I received an email today titled “We received your payment” stating my subscription started on Dec 19 2018 and will automatically be renewed on Jan 19 2019 at a price of $600. I did not conduct business with this company. There are links to view the invoice and to unsubscribe. The link to view the invoice does not work. It appears the goal is to click on the unsubscribe link.
