While reviewing my checking account postings, I noticed a check drawn on my account for $34.59. The check was made out to Complex Manager LLC. The phone number listed on the check is 877 571 0308. I called and the person answering said their company is called Billing Solutions. They said the charge was for a web site subscription. They said they will issue a refund in 10-15 business days. Subsequent internet searches reveal others in same situation with no refund ever forthcoming.
