I was contacted through indeed by one company named FS Builder Resources saying they had filled their Administrative Assistant position but their client had an opening and they would pass along my resume. I was contacted by someone claiming to be the Director of Business Development for Olympic Steel needing an Administrative Assistant. Over a course of two weeks, they sent me a few Administrative tasks such as looking up and hotel/flight information then about two weeks in I received a “check” via FedEx from “First Integrity Title Company” with instructions to send $2500 via Walmart to Walmart transfer to the board of directors for the Children’s Miracle Network in Austin on the explanation that we were donating the funds for computers. Two days later I get a message from my bank stating the check was fake and my accounts were being closed due to fraud. I have lost everything.
