I have a brick and mortar business and do not sell anything online. I have recently been contacted by two different people. One person called, asking for a refund from our online website. The other person messaged our Instagram account, saying they think they were scammed by someone posing as us. Both were told that I don't sell things online, and asked to forward invoices. Both forwarded email invoices from musicinnworldinstruments.shop --this is my store name, but this is not my website.

On the website, they use a different logo than mine, but list my store address as theirs. The contact phone number is in Massachusetts (I am in NYC). The email address listed is also not mine.

It is possible that the scammer is whoever is running the website.

It is also possible that the people who reached out to me are the actual scammers.

I really don't know and am not sure how to proceed.
