service tech sold me $949.worth of equipment idid not call for service i did not request new equipment .Tech called me and said i have wrong address on my paper work what is your address i gave him and he showed up half an hour later and said just want to check your equipment came and said" i can give you new equipment and take out this service cable which runs around the window and around the door and the connects to t.v..i will give you wire less set up which will look clean.he installed a new dvr and gave 3 boxex for eah t.v and 3 remote contrllers

and said you will have to pay about $25.00 to $30.00 amonth.He then went on and but you have to pay today for service call cant take cash or check because sometimes i loose checks pay by credit card i gave him the credit card he said i am going to go into my van to chare the account no paper work was left with me 3days later dish cancelled my service without givin me any reason. I foend that they have charged my card for $949.for the equipment.the equipment has been sent back but i get run around about my refund.been calling them since july
