This company is portraying to be a Property management company but they are in cahoots Expert Title Services. They are a Timeshare scamming office located in Mexico but using an address in Indianapolis, In. The person in charge is name Allan Hernandez. He claims to have a buyer in Mexico with large amounts of money. They will email you fake paper work and bank accounts. When you don't wire they money they use that you are breaching the contract and they will call you everyday. All together I got scammed 15000 dollars. they changed their wiring instructions to Cancun Mexico now. I caught on to them and reported every single one of them involved in the scam. I have inform almost every department and agency of the United States and I hope that they are apprehended because they are scamming millions of Americans out of thousands of dollars. We work very hard to have people living in Mexico scamming Americans. I hope that they are brought to justice quick because they will close their offices and open up a new one.

I received a phone call from a company rep.,calling himself “Charlie Mendez,”looking to buy our timeshare in Mexico to sell to an interested client of his. He knew my husband’s name and the resort we own at. I told him to email an offer to me and that I would reply if I was interested. He sent a letter of intent via email. The offer was quite generous. I decided to Google the company. Something didn’t add up; so I contacted the ScamPulse.com and found out that this is an ongoing scam. I did not reply to the letter of intent but filed it in my junk folder. 2/19/21.

Several people were calling me and my husband from the same number relentlessly.

When we finally answered, they pretended to be from our vacation membership and stated they have a buyer interested in purchasing our membership. They send us the terms and agreement to sign and return along with personal information sometimes around July 20th. Which we did.

As if it was not enough, on Friday August 7th the representative “Seth Diaz” requested for us to send either passport or pictures ID.

After I forwarded our information to them I realized my mistake.

Looking back the whole thing sounds suspicious because when I call back the number there was never professional answering machine, Different people were calling and unable to lookup my information, at last the insistence of the guy Seth for me to email him my husband and I passports or picture ID for the buyer in Mexico ???? to open up an account to deposit the money for us. This is highly suspicious. Despite all that I have provided he called me today again asking me to send more information.
